Good News!

We’ve added a few more Purlers. Remember, these are limited editions and are unlikely to ever be repeated! Grab em whilst you can. We’ve also added our popular colours Damask Rose and Bitter Chocolate to the Bamboozle range.

We’ve been spending the last few weeks trawling the world (ok, well not literally – we wish) to find the best knitting yarn out there so you don’t have to! This update introduces 3 new lines to the Knot Another Knitting Yarn family.

First up is Aura which is 50% Suri Alpaca and 50% Merino. It knits up so soft and lends a beautiful halo to the finished object. Definitely perfect for luxury socks but would be fabulous for soft warm scarves.

We are also introducing our new lace weight yarn with the oh so original name of ‘Lace’. We had a few requests for a finer yarn so we are now stocking this fabulous 2 ply 70% Baby Alpaca, 20% Silk and 10% Cashmere blend. We know we have to harp on about how good our yarns are but seriously, this is the softest stuff I’ve ever rubbed my cheek against! (We know you all do the cheek test too!) Go check it out under the Yarn section!

Last but not least is our 4 ply 100% Pure Merino Lambswool. It’s not superwash so would be fab for felting as even though it’s soft, it’s strong too!

Introducing our new range of sock yarns:

Tinkle – 50% Superwash Merino, 50% Tencel. 333 meters/364 yards per 100g skein.
BFL – 100% Blue Faced Leicester Superwash yarn – 400 meters/437 yards per 100g skein.
You can find them under ‘The Yarn’ tab at the left.

Our new colourway is Damask Rose, available over the entire range of sock yarns and we hope to bring you a few new exciting colourways shortly.

We will not be restocking our 50% Yak, 50% Wool yarn, or our 100% Superwash Merino yarn so grab the last few skeins whilst you can – they will not be repeated.

Centre-Pull Balls
Yarn looks pretty in skeins but needs to be wound into a ball before knitting - some people hate doing this, or don't have the equipment at home to do this. We have added an option for choosing your yarn to be wound into centre-pull balls before posting so you can knit with it as soon as you receive it. It's FREE! Simply choose if you want your yarn as a skein or a ball when you check out.
