Show us the money!
We currently accept payment by PayPal. If this is a major problem for you then we can also accept payment via cheque or uncrossed Postal Order for UK buyers only. We can only accept payment via these methods by previous arrangement so please drop us an email before you make your purchase and we can advise you on how long it will take your payment to clear and who to make your cheque payable to.

Want it now?
Your purchase will be sent by First Class Royal mail if you are in the UK, or Airmail Small Packets if you are elsewhere. We aim to post your goodies out the next working day after payment is received (provided the item is in stock). We’ll let you know if there may be a slightly longer delay than usual.

Something Special?
If you have particular colours in mind or would like to know if we could dye a one off skein for you then please email us on enquiries@knotanotherknitter.com. We love new challenges and would be more than happy to consider any idea you have. One off designs may be subject to a higher charge and a longer waiting period than standard skeins.

Out Of Stock
If you really really want a yarn that is out of stock then send us an email on enquiries@knotanotherknitter.com. We may be planning to dye more up the very next day or we may even dye one skein especially for you!

Knots
We all hate knots in our yarn but unfortunately it is a necessary evil. We do try to minimise any knots in our yarn but of course, will always aim for a ‘no knots’ skein if we can! We won’t sell you yarn that we wouldn’t knit with ourselves so you can be assured you won’t find a skein of knots instead of yarn.

Returns
We accept returns of items that are faulty or not as described. If you do need to return an item please drop us an email at returns@knotanotherknitter.com and let us know, we will then advise you of how to return the item and discuss replacements or refunds from there. We like to treat each customer individually so we do not have a black and white returns policy.

We all like to sit and stroke our yummy yarn when we receive it and more often than not just pop it straight in the stash. Please check that you are happy with your yarn before stashing it away as we can only accept returns within the first 7 days after your purchase.

We regret that returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances on Purlers, as these are one of a kind unique skeins.

Are you happy?
Customer satisfaction is a top priority here and we aim to do everything possible to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are not fully satisfied then please drop us an email at enquiries@knotanotherknitter.com and let us know! Communication is key, and if we don’t know that you aren’t 100% happy then we can’t put it right.
